Camye Mackey is the founder and President of Mackey & Associates, LLC. She specializes in Human Capital Strategies for corporations, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions and individuals, drawing upon more than 15 years of human resource and operations experience.
As Vice President of Human Resources at Special Olympics, an international organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., she provided strategic human resource direction to employees in over 50 countries. Prior to that, she served as official spokesperson for the world-renowned Walt Disney World Company, speaking to audiences of up to 55,000 across the globe. While at Disney, she also supported leadership teams through an array of human resource disciplines including training and development, recruitment and generalist functions.

Camye is a graduate of Howard University with a B.B.A. in Business Management and a M.S. in Organizational Management.
