PROBLEM: GLOBAL COMPENSATION
An international non-profit organization lacked a strategic global compensation structure. Consequently, employees all over the world were paid U.S.-based salaries, with many being significantly overpaid relative to local wage scales.

SOLUTION: Mackey & Associates researched local economies and jobs for comparable salaries and benefits, and benchmarked competitors’ compensation practices. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, we solicited input from regional leaders and engaged them in establishing and transitioning to the new compensation structure.

PROBLEM: HR INFRASTRUCTURE
